Patient information

New patient offer

New to TG’s Dental Suite? Your first visit is an unhurried check-up: a full examination, an oral cancer screening, and a plan explained in plain terms, at any of our five Midlands practices. We run a new-patient offer from time to time; current terms are confirmed when you call or book, never assumed from an old page.

What to expect at your first visit

  1. Booking your appointment

Call your practice, or request an appointment online, and our team will find a time that suits you.

  2. Arrival and welcome

You’re greeted at reception and asked to complete a short health history form before you’re seen.

  3. Full examination

Your dentist examines your teeth, gums and mouth for signs of decay, gum disease or other issues, with X-rays if needed.

  4. Oral cancer screening

A thorough oral cancer screening is part of every check-up. We look for any lumps, lesions or abnormalities and act early if we find anything.

  5. Personalised consultation

Your dentist talks through what they’ve found and sets out a plan if any treatment is needed, so you leave knowing exactly what happens next.

What you should know

Five practices, one welcome

We have five practices across the Midlands (Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Earls Barton, Higham Ferrers, Scraptoft/Leicester and Rugby), and a new-patient check-up is the same unhurried process wherever you join us. We’re fully private, and we’re accepting new patients now.

No live offer right now

We don’t have a live new-patient offer right now. When we do, it will be here. TG’s Dental Suite has run a reduced-price new-patient check-up before, and may again; we’d rather leave this honestly blank than repeat an old, expired price.

What our patients say

“I have been attending TG's in Leicester for many years. Dhru is an excellent dentist. He explains issues clearly so you feel fully involved in the treatment. I feel confident and very at ease in his care. Helen, hygienist, is very thorough and she and all the reception team are helpful and professional. I highly recommend TG's dental.”

Frequently asked questions

Before you visit

Do you take NHS patients?

Our practices are fully private and we’re not currently taking on NHS patients. We are accepting new private patients across all five locations. Get in touch and we’ll arrange a consultation.

Do you offer a free consultation for new patients?

If you’re considering Invisalign or dental implants, we offer a free consultation, secured with a small deposit. For other treatments, your first visit is a full new-patient exam, and the fee is confirmed when you book.

Your first appointment

How much will my first new patient appointment cost?

A new-patient exam includes small X-rays if needed. The exact fee is confirmed when you call or book, along with any current new-patient offer, so you always know the price before you attend.

What happens at a dental check-up?

Your dentist examines your teeth, gums and soft tissues for anything unusual, including decay, and carries out an oral cancer screening. Small X-rays or digital photographs may be taken to fully assess your dental health.
